2. How do I book a move?
Simply enter your pickup and delivery locations, provide details about your move, upload photos if needed, and receive an instant quote. Once confirmed, a moving partner will be assigned to your booking.
3. How are moving prices calculated?
Prices are calculated based on factors such as distance, vehicle type, estimated workload, additional services requested, and current demand. Any applicable tolls, taxes, or extra services will be displayed before confirmation.
4. What payment methods are available?
You can pay securely through the Easymove app using credit/debit cards, Apple Pay (where available), or your EasyMove Wallet balance. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and app version.
5. Can I add funds to my EasyMove Wallet?
Yes. You can top up your EasyMove Wallet using supported payment methods and use the balance for future bookings. Wallet credits are intended for in-app services and may not be refundable except where required by law.
6. Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You may cancel a booking before the moving partner arrives. Depending on the timing and status of the booking, a cancellation fee may apply.
7. Can I track my move in real time?
Yes. Once a moving partner is assigned, you can track their location, receive ETA updates, and follow the progress of your move directly within the app.
8. What items are prohibited from transportation?
Users may not transport illegal items, hazardous materials, dangerous goods, radioactive substances, or any items prohibited by applicable laws. Moving partners may refuse transportation of such items.
9. Is my shipment insured?
Easymove works with independent moving partners and does not automatically provide insurance coverage. Customers are responsible for ensuring items are properly packed and may wish to arrange additional insurance for valuable items.
