Drivers and service providers are independent contractors.

EasyMove:

• Does not employ drivers directly
• Is not responsible for their actions, delays, or service quality

However, we take complaints seriously and may take action against partners when necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyMove is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of profits or business
• Delays, cancellations, or service interruptions

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform (logo, branding, design, software) is owned by EasyMove and may not be used without permission.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
